What do the three (3) dots on the contract/document card mean?

I don't understand what the 3 (three) dots mean and how to use them?

You may have noticed the 3 (three) colored dots (red, yellow, or green) in the document and contract card in DocuWalk (see below) and are wondering what they mean and how to use them.

The 3 dots are used to quickly and easily provide a visual indication of the status of a document or contract:

RED - Draft (single red dot)

YELLOW/GOLD - In progress (double yellow/gold dots)

GREEN - Completed (triple green dots)

Note - A single red dot is the lowest stage (draft) of a contract or document. There is never a time when the 3 dots will appear blank and with no colors.
